Shipping Original Artwork

Each original artwork is carefully prepared and packaged for shipment from Alisha Morgan Art. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when available and may vary based on the size of the artwork, destination, and delivery method.

Order Processing & Delivery

Because original artworks vary in size and framing, some pieces may require additional preparation or delivery coordination before shipment. If any special arrangements are needed for your order, I will contact you before the artwork ships.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Large & Framed Originals

For larger, framed, or unusually sized works, you are welcome to contact me before purchasing with questions about delivery, access, placement, or other logistics. I’m happy to help make the process as straightforward as possible.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to many destinations supported at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your destination does not produce a shipping option at checkout, please contact me at alishamorgan10@gmail.com for assistance.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect your package and artwork when it arrives.

If an artwork arrives damaged, contact me as soon as possible at alishamorgan10@gmail.com and include clear photographs of:

  • the artwork

  • the exterior packaging

  • the interior packaging

  • any visible damage

This documentation will help me review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Original Artwork & Certificate of Authenticity

Original artworks are one of a kind. A Certificate of Authenticity is included with original artwork purchases.
