“Ginkgo Abstract – 12x12” is an original painting created on cradled wood panel as part of my Ginkgo Abstract series. This piece was made during a studio practice session where I focused on loosening up and stepping away from the tight control of my realistic floral work.

It features a lively, layered background painted in vibrant tones, followed by a loose, intuitive sketch of ginkgo leaves. Soft washes of light blue and deep blue create a sense of depth and movement, inviting the viewer into a calm yet energetic visual experience.
